Creative ideas are not the exclusive domain of a select few writers and art directors. In fact, when it comes to judging the creativity of an idea, what’s “great” and what’s “not so great” is up to one person – the customer.
Do the people hearing your message listen to it? Do they understand it? Does it mean something to them? Does it motivate them to take action?
It can. But not without some thought on your part – before the creative guns get hired.
We’re not into fluffy, nonsensical mission statements or creedos or mottos or manifestos or visions or … whatever, take your pick. We help clients craft real, understandable positions for their brands and pull together the research and the information to make tight, interesting and informative briefs for the rest of the team. (Check out our post on how poorly written client briefs can cost everyone money.)
Those briefs are built on a foundation of research – both historical and cultural – and on insights from the people who matter most to the brand’s success: your customers, your employees and your business partners.
And all of this happens before an agency or freelace creative group gets involved. It’s part of how we help clients organize their thoughts, draft their plans and spend their money wisely.
Sure, it’s a different approach. But then again, we’re different.
Consulting Services
We provide direct consultation to clients in a number of areas ranging from research to executive leadership to building and managing successful vendor partnerships. Engagements start at $2,500 per month (for two, 8-hour days per month). The length of the engagemet depends entirely on the scope of work and desired outcome.
A written proposal for consulting services is provided to the client within 36 hours of a free phone consultation/creditials presentation.
Brandcrafting Services
Some clients need to go through a process that will help them achieve concensus on the vision and values of their brand. BCS has a relatively concise and highly effective process for doing this that requires some research; two, off-site meetigs of key stakeholders; one-on-one interviews and a final presentation of findings.
In as few as four weeks, we have been able to help re-define brands and author a plan for their successful debut or re-launch. This project typically costs between $7,500 and $12,000; although a complete cost estimate will be provided within 36 hours of an initial phone consultation.
There is no charge for that initial phone consult.
